My Q50’s minimalist grill was slightly defective. The center, where the logo usually goes, is slightly indented. VQF was easy to deal with, ordering was easy, shipping was prompt, and their response, asking for pictures of the defect was also prompt. Haven’t heard back yet but it’s only been a day.
